    People have used them.
Some have good expereince. Some have not.

Latest one is someone who cheaped out and had the battery with the 6 month warranty I think.
During that time it failed twice. Wow.

Can you afford $2,000 for a brand New Toyota battery?
If so, that may be the better option.

Used battery will never last as long as a new one. Never. Ever.

Used battery works well if you do not need a reliable vehicle.
Or if you have additional vehicle for when the Used battery stops working and you need to have them come out and replace it again.

    GrGramps and SFO like this.

Make 2 calls to your Toyota dealer.

    First to parts department.
Have the last 8 digits of your car's VIN ready to give them. Ask for price of HV battery.
    Then report back here.

    Next call is service department.
Tell them your hybrid battery has failed.
Ask how much to install the hybrid battery.
All inclusive for part labor and anything miscellaneous.
    Again, report back here.

If possible, get a couple quotes from other dealers.
