    Hello,
My Prius doesn't have navigation or Bluetooth, so I wanna know would it work if I replaced the MFD with another stock model that has the Bluetooth and navigation capability?

    No.

And you wouldn't want that horrible navigation. Just use your phone, it's 100x better

What JC said. But another alternative is you don't replace the MDF, you just replace the factory double DIN unit for a more modern double DIN head unit that has navigation and BT. The effect is you have a second screen below the stock one. There are some tricks to it and also to get the steering wheel buttons to work with the new double DIN head unit.
