Replacing washer nozzle - how to remove hood cover

    '09 Prius, someone who I won't mention scrapped ice of the vehicle and snapped off the washer nozzle.

    Easy replacement except for how to remove the cover under the hood that houses the rubber tubes.

    What tool will help me remove those large round plastic clips that hold it in place?
