    They're parking sensors but at the corners instead of only at the back.

    No need for back because there is back up camera ;)

    I need this because my apartment garage is very tight small spaces.

    I can imagine. I've seen photos of parking jobs in Japan where a car is squeezed into a spot. I'm not sure how the driver got out though.
