Reverse Camera Dropping Signal

I have an aftermarket reverse camera and display hooked up. I have the camera connected to the power of the motor for the rear wiper. The display is hooked into the front cigarette lighter. Both the camera and display are turned on when the car is turned on and stay powered. The issue I am having is that after the car has been on for roughly 10 minutes the signal from the camera intermittently drops. The picture will get fuzzy for 2 seconds and then the signal will drop for 1 second and come back normal for 3-5 seconds and then repeat.

Anyone know what might be causing this? It seems weird that everything works normal for the first 10 minutes the car is on and then starts freaking out.
