Right side steering controls not working

Hi all, can anyone seem to help me with the right side of my steering wheel controls not working? The volume buttons as well as the radio mode and cruise control seems to work fine, but what seems to bother me the most is the display/trip buttons not working (I don’t thing the air vent button works either). Because this doesn’t work, I’m not able to bypass the oil maintenance screen. Would the problem be the clock spring or the steering wheel itself? Instead of buying another whole wheel, I thought I check here first. Thank you!
