    I'll have to check the Warranty Book on my 2004 when it gets out of the shop. It is in for broken steering AGAIN. :mad:

    OK, according to my 2004 California Prius warranty book :

    Hybrid Vehicle System: 8 years; 100,000 miles

    Hybrid Battery Pack: 10 years; 150,000 miles

    Emission Control Performance/Defect: 15 years; 150,000 miles

    However, that last one is probably a boilerplate entry for Toyota vehicles; my Prius is smog-test exempt since it can't pass the idle test as the Prius DOESN'T idle, but shuts down.
