Road Rage - Stress & Long Commute

    I just read this article and reflected on my commute before retiring 20 years ago. I was fortunate to only drive 2 1/2 miles to work and sometimes walked. We hear so much about road rage and this article prompted me to wonder if many are aware of the consequences of the related stress.

    Yep,

    The long commutes can have both a short term and long term unhealthy effects on ones' health. I noticed many of my co-workers stressed out coming into work.

    I use to get so wound up I would yell at the top of my lungs the couple of miles to release the tension. Then, after hearing and reading the Word, putting the priciples into action, my stress level is wayyy down. Still lots of room for improvement, but much better now.
