Rotating tires and getting the correct tightness without a torque wrench

    I would add that following the star-pattern TWICE to tighten , while the wheel is up, does help ensure that all the nuts are as tight as can be.

    But I follow this procedure and also have found (with torque wrench) it to get close to required torque.
