Sales People Should Learn Their Product

    This problem isn't confined to cars like the Prius. It has been my experience with EVERY new car I have purchased. I always know more about the car than the person selling it to me. It takes about one hour with the internet to be more informed than the sales guy who's job it *should* be to know more than you do. Frustrating indeed.
