    America was under-served (at best) by P45, but he's not a politician....and never was.
    Even P44 was only a politician for about 200 days before he took the Oath!

    P46 has been a politician since reconstruction.
    Contrary to what the Republicans are saying however, there is AT LEAST ONE American President with a more disastrously unsuccessful first term in office:
    Harrison.

    I was going to mention Garfield but he was actually in the saddle for six months and actually tried to HELP America a little before he was plugged......at a train station.....for attempting to fight corruption and patronage.

    Gee.....I wonder what ever happened to that old train station.....:ROFLMAO:

    Speculation: COVID has already jumped species and apparently has infected some zoo animals. The next likely targets are:
    • poultry
    • cattle
    • goats and sheep
    • rabbits
    • deer and other wild fauna
    • pork
    • marine mammals
    • dogs, cats, and other pets
    Still the domesticated critters are more adaptable to vaccinations although the vaccines will probably need modifications.

    Late 2020 (from my not so reliable memory timewise) there were reports that dogs could catch COVID and get sick. The implication we could then catch it from them. I remember because my wife warned me, and proceeded to wipe our dog's feet when he came home from a walk. People and people with their dogs would keep away, (in particular when I was walking ours)....

    yeah there was the whole mink farm thing in denmark or something. they all had it, and they might have been terminated iirc.
    but i don't think the jump to humans has been shown.

    i remember when the chinese complaining about frozen food imports testing positive on the packaging, and tracing footprints around the hospitals tracking covid everywhere.
    we've learned so much, yet know so little.

    Rather than stigmatizing Alden et al, let us consider what they did. They cultured cancerous liver cells (huh7 cell line) in the lab. They exposed those cells directly to the Pfizer vaccine. I cannot assess how vaccine concentrations they used compare to what it is in arm muscle when a person receives vaccination. Possibly someone else here can.

    They detected genetic evidence of the vaccine mRNA in huh7 cells within 6 hours.

    An appropriately narrow interpretation of this study is that (at least one type of) cancerous cells incorporate mRNA if they are directly exposed to it. There may be other demonstrations of cancerous cells incorporating mRNA, I am not familiar with that literature. But it is surely general knowledge that cancerous cells are unusually frisky in many ways.

    Appropriately narrow medical guidance to be derived from this study is that, if one has liver cancer, do not inject mRNA vaccines into that tumor. But it is probably obvious that would not happen, and doctors would remove the tumor directly if possible. There are several medical conditions that contraindicate vaccinations, but that is beyond scope of this discussion.

    One would be appropriately cautious to not conclude from this study that mRNA vaccinations can 'run the gauntlet' from vaccination site in arm muscle to a normally functioning liver, and alter cell genetics there. In any way. Because Alden et al did not demonstrate that could possibly happen. By 'run the gauntlet' I mean surviving that hypothetical extracellular journey, through places where RNA-ase enzymes are abundant and actively degrading any RNA they encounter.
