    I'm in too, as long as it does have the PC/USB update installed.

    Sounds like we're a long way from 50.

    Ok, that's 14. If we can get at least 25, I'll go ahead and buy 50 so that we can get the $149 price, and then hopefully there will be more in the future that will want to buy one from the Shop.

    I'm interested. Has someone started a list? Would it be possible to mount it next to the speedo, etc., gauges, so it's in line of driving sight? Is there a remote cable for switching between displays? Any more details about installing sensors, such as for oil pressure and temp? TIA - Gary, SoCal

    2/24 Looking at the dash, it seems like there might be room to the left of the dash speedometer and behind the dash lense to put the ScanGauge, but would need some way to change the displays. Maybe glue an extension tip to go through a small hole in the dash lense. Any thoughts on this?

    Count me in too. I have been waiting for the software to be ready, but if the unit comes ready for download, I'll join the group buy now.

    From what I'd read, there will be software specific to different cars, including a Prius version that would display hybrid specific info. Almost sounds too good to be true. First I heard of it, it was supposed to be ready November '06. Then Feb '07. Then March. Then April. Now they're not guessing any more. But I want one now so I can watch water temps -- to know when to remove my front grill blocking foam.

    In addition to what has already been reported, just being able to keep track of the condition of the 12v battery was very important in my choice to purchase the ScanGauge. But the ICE rpms (and to confifrm when the ICE is running), the more accurate speed (with stock tires) and coolant temp. was important to me, also. If you go online to the ScanGauge site you can look at the Manual which shows you all of its functions.

    Do you know if you can monitor the regen or braking with the Scanguage? I would like to be able to monitor the regen, engine rpm, engine coolant.

    Is a Paypal account available so that we can send the funds with minimum hassle? If so, I guess we'll be informed later on when the units are ready?

    Cheers;

    I'm interested in one of these, however

    - How much would it be to get it to the UK?
    - I need to check if the car it is for really has OBD-II (all sources say so, but I will get
    to see if this is the case on Wednesday) this week.

    So, if UK shipping is OK, then I will confirm by Wednesday this week :) I have paypal.

    Ok, it looks like we have about 25 buyers at this point. I'll post the list on the first post - please let me know if you want to be removed from the list, so we can have an accurate listing of who is in/out.

    Once the ScanGauge product is up on the PC Shop, I'll update the first post and also post a reply to this thread.

    We need a few more people - post here if you're interested!

    landspeed - shipping to the UK will probably be an extra $10 or so.
