unfortunately we do as well. just in our location alone, we lose on average, 1-5 a quarter. its tragic really. the rules are not rocket science. i think i have survived this long simply because i have had so much experience trying to scam things (all in my past!!) so i take a pretty hard line on security. as far as social engineering goes, i simply dont have much patience for sob stories.
