I need to buy a recommended battery portable Jump Starter device. What name brands do you trust from your past experience? Thanks

Thanks for sharing your location. If you were in the freezing cold part of the year the quality of jump starter matters immensely.

I also have a NOCO brand jump starter but the GB150. Whatever brand you eventually go with they are usually rated in terms of engine displacement. Since Prii have relatively small engines you have very many to choose from.

Updated tests I have just found. (Saw his prior comparison tests and I thought he did a decent job of it):

Another NOCO GB 40 here. Used it on two cars, neither of which was mine. Worked great. Almost any jump starter will work, but the NOCO seems very popular.

How old is your battery ?
If it is the original, a new battery would be a better investment.
