I wonder if the 2/3 seat would be on the opposite side, lol.

Pretty sure the rear seats are split the same on both RHD and LHD. Here is a picture of the Japanese Prius rear seat parts diagram and the US parts diagram from amayama.com.

Thanks. It'll be some research, and some bucks, I'm sure.
I would think they should be available upon request at the dealer.
Don't people who can only afford a base model carry stuff in the back? :)
Although, it could be a matter "Let them use a sheet of plastic". :)

Probably not worth it. You would have to ask the dealers though. The fabric covers are only $65.00 on impex so probably like $90 to $100 with shipping and tariffs.

The split is the same on all the versions. However the soft cover that otatrant imported doesn't work quite as well on the US/Canada version as it was intended to. The US/Canada rear seat has a middle headrest that is part of the seat body. In the rest of the world, the middle headrest is a separate part. The soft cover for the rear seat backs is attached with straps that go around the headrest stalks. Because the middle seat doesn't have those stalks in the US model, the right side cover is only hanging from the right-most headrest instead of being supported by both. Now obviously it still works well enough or otatrant would have said something, but it's something to note.

As for VelvetFoot's question about what LE owners do about hauling things, they still can get the regular cargo liner that fits perfectly in the main cargo area; it just doesn't protect the rear seat backs. For that, they could either get the set for the high floor and just use that, or they could put in something else that does the same job. If they do go with the high floor, all that's going to happen is they're going to have either 1 gap of 2-3 inches, or 2 gaps of about an inch each. It just depends on where they place the piece for the flap. Do they put it close to either the seat back or the floor and leave a single, larger gap. Or do they split the difference to create two smaller gaps.

The cargo liner is part of the All-Weather Floor Liner Package, the $319 PIO. You'd think they could throw those seat back protectors in for that price.

I liked them when I saw them on a Crosstrek a friend purchased recently. Quite substantial.
