Just turned on the seat warmer for the 1st time this season. 45 degrees and cold rain here today. Sure made the ride much nicer.

Agree, the bun warmers are really nice. They do draw down some battery power, however.

    Hmm..
    You reminded me.
I own a seat cushion set up, that plugs in and offers a heat mode...as well as a hedonistic massage option.

I have used it for years now in different vehicles. It's really great.
But I usually take it out in Spring.
Plus it's is getting old. I worry now about it breaking.

But it is time for me to put it back in the vehicle. The heat option is great on the coldest of winter days.

Hahaha. Funny you mention that. First night in sub 55 temps I had the windows down, butt warmer and steering wheel heater going, and the radio blasting. Felt so nice.

I used heated seat this morning but no cabin heat for maybe 5th time in this season. We've already had first frost a few weeks ago. Well, my EV range is now down to 30 miles.

Anyone have any cold weather driving tips? My car was fogged up so I used the front and rear defroster and my ICE turned on when I had a full battery.

Yap, turning on front defroster is one thing that turns on ICE regardless of battery charge. Rear defroster is OK. If you have front window fogged up, you can usually avoid ICE turning on by using just AC (heat). This usually takes care of foggs. Opening window little bit is another way to prevent windows fogging up. I sometimes do that even middle of winter when temp is generally below freezing. Of course at below 14F, ICE will come on no matter what you do.
