    Service schedule I think.

Google "Toyota Techinfo", first result (or very close to top) will be likely be Toyota USA Tech Info site. On the front page, is a "tab" saying manuals. Click that, then enter make/year/car (Toyota/2016/Prius), then click search. That'll give you access to view and/or download the US Warranty and Maintenance Booklet (and Owners Manual, and a few others) in pdf format. Not sure if that'll suffice.

Or on the UK site, is there a "for owners" section, where it shows the schedule? Toyota Canada has something like that, a little clunky. Also, I've managed to cadge older Warranty and Maintenance Booklets (on Toyota Canada site? Forget), but so far not the 4th gen booklet.

    UK owner's manuals here:

    My Toyota | Toyota UK

Not sure about warranty info though. Closely guarded secrets??

I have not heard of that on the Gen 4. I think Toyota depends more on their TechStream software they only (legally) provide to dealers. There are some OBD2 scanners with "bootleg" versions online that usually run best on Windows XP. Most/all of those versions do not appear to have the explicit Gen 4 support though.

I read of some people using that to disable traction control, but the Gen 4 has a button for that.

There's various "service modes" on 3rd gen, and I'm sure there's similar on 4th gen. For example: I recently did a brake fluid replacement, and to do without Techstream software I needed to put the car in "invalid mode". With 3rd gen I was able to cadge a pdf of the Repair Manual. But with 4th gen, I'd suspect your best bet right now would be to subscribe to Techinfo, the pay section, and look up what you have in mind.

Any link to the Techinfo site for Ireland for the original poster?

Don't know. If you google "toyota techinfo" it's the .com site only that comes up.

I'll attach 3rd gen "inspection mode" instruction, and the brake change without techstream instruction, which shows "invalid mode". FWIW, not sure how applicable with 4th gen.

Usually has different information on the car status such as battery... also more info in the car performance and areas that may need maintenance

To get into the service menu on the Gen 4 (UK Excel):
Press the power button without pressing the brake, which puts you in accessory mode.
Press and hold the "CAR" button on the Nav and turn the headlights on and off 4 times.
The service menu should appear on the Nav screen.
To check the battery voltage from there:
Touch "Function check/setting" on the screen.
Touch "Vehicle signal" on the screen.

Touch any other buttons on the screen at your own risk !

for US Trim Two (no Nav) use the SETUP button instead of the CAR button. The second graphic is after hitting "Next Page"

    Correction & clarification:
Post 19 is the Diagnostics Menu.
@kithmo missed a step. You need to let the unit boot up before trying the "chicken dance". It also works in Ready mode.
Holding AUDIO or CAR access the Service Menu. Holding SETUP access the Diagnostics Menu
