TGB4 2014 Service Project Details, Weather, Dinner, & More

Here's a copy of the email sent out to TGB4 All Access attendees last night. Please keep in mind that Family Fun Day attendees are only eligible to attend the Saturday day activities at Kimball Farm. All other activities are for All Access and "Last Chance Pass" holders.

Hi everyone!

We have arrived in Westford and we can't wait for you all to join us for To Go Before this week! A couple of last minute announcements and details for you.

Weather: The weather is going to be a tad chilly in the morning on bothFriday & Saturday. We will be outside under a covered tent, so layer appropriately.

Service Project: This will take place from 2-4 PM at the Hampton Inn conference room. We'll be putting together booklets for an astronomy children's outreach program run by a TGB4 attendee and PriusChat member. If possible, please bring a stapler, ruler, and/or paper cutter to help. We look forward to helping out with this great project!

Friday TGB4: Things kick off with registration opening at 8am, and technical sessions starting at 9:30am.

Friday Night Official Unofficial social hour: We'd love for you to meet usFriday evening around 7 at the Chili's down the street from the Hampton Inn on Littleton Road.

Saturday Night Official Unofficial Dinner: Saturday night after all of the festivities are over, we'll be heading down to the Red Raven Gastropub (map) at 7pm. The Red Raven has set aside a separate area for us, and free live music starts at 9pm.The PriusChat Shop will have limited quantities of bumper protectors & mudguards for sale on-site. Anything else from the PC Shop that you would like will be available for order and shipped to your door for free as an exclusive discount for TGB4 attendees.
