 :D Hey we talk about the great mpg the 2010 Prius gets. Why not some other great possibilities? Yes we can all get a room, but sometimes there is that fantastic time when two people just have to get together. I know there are some of you out there that while the love making was awesome  some of you may have thought a little bit about how seriously comfy this sweet little car can be with the rear seats folded down. Personally I have not tried it yet, but I will be the first to admit my curiosity on the physical functionality of sex in this car. (Bob, get ready for the graph!)

If anyone (that still has testosterone) responds, please try to keep it rated PG to R. We don't want to offend, but rather inform..uh..enlighten..uh.. you know what I mean. :cheer2:

    HUMOR is allowed :)

PS- Gen II folks are welcome to comment on their version...

Never tried but I don't think there is enough headroom for my liking. And then there is the inconvenience for cleanup. Sex in cars and/or in public was never my fantasy.

Getting too old for that. Anyhow, sex in cars is only done out of necessity - if you have a house then there's no need. Much warmer and roomier.

If you want excitement then book a hotel.

Really...I don't see an issue. I have done the giggity goo in single-lane traffic jams and parking garages in some pretty small cars (1988 Civic). Making the beast with 2 backs in this car would be no problem. The headroom is what's key for the automotive ber-chicka-wer-wer, and this car has ample amounts. My hot wife has average amounts of flexibility and it still wasn't an issue in that Civic.

Fun thread BTW. Way better than wasting time discussing EMF in the back seat. There's better things to do in the back seat.

OP, are you male or female?

If my wife and I could do it in a Mustang back in college (in the middle of the day, under a car cover), I'm sure the Prius is much more comfortable.

And I suppose a good thing about the gen3 Prius is that you can run the a/c without the engine and not have a problem with steamed up windows! Or could that be a problem?

    hmmm

No way! I want the steam. Then I'll get my wife to slap her hand on the window like Winslet did in Titanic!!

Shouldn't this be posted in Fred's House of Pancakes? Can't wait to see what will happen when Tom and Pat get a hold of this one.

Too much effort to have sex in our car. We'd need to remove the kids car seats first, although could be fun on a date night.

I have not had sex in the back seat, yet. I have on the hood of my Prius. I'm spontaneous any time, any where, any place..

Sex in a Prius might be good, but nothing can compare to an old VW bug. They had those loop handle "stirrups" in the back seat...

Problem with having sex in a backseat of a Prius, when you go blind you'll never really know the cause...

And then you will likely be hit by one of those silent hybrids.

A then new 84 Honda CRX back when we were, errr, more limber. The Prius would be cavernous in comparison. My old 96 RAV made for a great bed with the front seat all the way forward and then reclined 90 degrees back to connect with the rear seat which also could recline back. Suh-weet.

The OP is 100% dyed in the wool, curious male. I know him personally.
Yep, I think we have the Mustang beat in this category, but I appreciate your research and comparison on this. :D
