SF Bay Area EV Test Drive Event with Cartrast

Come out on Saturday, December 7th, to Cartrast’s inaugural test drive event in Sunnyvale where we’ll have a selection of electric vehicles for you to try out! We’ll have you test drive all the EVs you’re interested in as well as locate and get you fair pricing on the vehicle you want at the discounted price of only $29 (or free by contacting Cartrast). The cars we will have available are the: Tesla Model 3, Hyundai Kona Electric, Nissan Leaf Plus, Chevrolet Bolt, and Kia Niro EV. To test drive, we will need your driver’s license and Eventbrite registration. Footwear that allows for maximum feel and control, such as flat, thin-soled shoes like driving shoes and sneakers are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome, but will need to pay the $29 to test drive.

If you find that you particularly enjoy one of the vehicles, speak to your Cartrast representative. We will tell you more about how we can walk you through the purchasing/leasing process and ensure you get an excellent price. In addition, we will have EV “counseling” services on site to take you through the available electric vehicle tax credits and answer any questions regarding charging on the go as well as information about installing a home charger. These Cartrast services are included at no extra cost to you.

In addition, refreshments and appetizers will be provided for your enjoyment. There will be free parking at the event. If you do not currently have access to a vehicle, the venue is within a ten minute walk from the Borregas VTA station.

Please note:

You will not be able to bring your pets as the vehicles you will be sampling are privately-owned.

Families are welcome at the event; however, please understand there are no specific family activities planned or chaperones available during drive times. The minimum age to drive is 21 years of age and all non-driving passengers must be 18 years of age or older. Minors cannot be left unattended while their guardian is on a test drive.

You will need to sign a liability release for the venue and a drive waiver at the event.
