    My tanks have been up and down (usually due to one big trip per tank with multiple people at high speed + AC). When driving in and around town I usually can average 60-63mpg. I still have not figured out how to crack that plateau. Every once in a while I will drive a stretch that I always drive and get 70+mpg (without draining the battery) and have absolutely no clue how it happened. I swear I think the maximum efficiency of the ICE is around 65mpg and anything higher must be due to outside influence (using extra battery, going downhill, drafting, etc).
