Tried to buy the trunk LEDs from the PC shop, but he apparently doesn't want to sell things.

Anyone have a source for those trunk LEDs? I can't find them anywhere...

Ah, yeah that's not the product.

I'm looking for the hatch LED kit that has to be installed and wired in.

I just grabbed a couple LED strips and put one on each side and wired them to the existing light. Massive improvement!! I think I have a writeup around here somewhere, but I can't find it. Here are some pictures. My only complaint is that the adhesive on the lights doesn't want to stay stuck to the shiny pebbled surface of the sides of the cargo area. But the really light it up. That is a significant improvement, might be the solution I go with.

Nifty! I had thought about doing that. But I was going to wire it to the switch so they came
on each time the trunk is open, not to the light. Nice job!

That is exactly how mine work. If the original light comes on, the new ones come on. If the switch is on, all the lights come on and go off with the hatch. If it's off all lights stay off.
