Should I buy this 2010 Prius IV? Has 95k miles

    Carfax / service records / past history is very important with any used car.
    If he listed $15399, and posted "All offers will be considered", I would be shocked if he did not take much less than 14,500!
    I would question the warranty as well. Is he talking about the battery warranty, or an extended warranty on the car?

    I don't think it is a bad price if there are no red flags and it is a car you like.
    It doesn't take long to regret paying too much for a car if you didn't love it to begin with.

    $13,500 not a penny more would be a great deal for that amount of mileage.

    A CA car with all else being equal will always be a better bet than an East coast car. San Diego is an extremely temperate environment, no worries about salt or any corrosion. No wear and tear issues from winter driving......
