Slow windshield wiper

    I have a 2013 Prius and the windshield wipers don't work at their maximum speed.
    All other speeds work, both continuous and intermittent.
    But when I go from slow continuous to the next speed, they actually work slower, almost stopping.
    Anyone had the same problem and can tell me what to replace?

    First step to fixing most anything is disassemble, clean and inspect for signs of wear or damage... I'd be willing to bet with a little cleaning and some grease or oil in the right places this problem is quickly resolved.
