I'm on vacation now so I'm not driving to work everyday. The Prius has been standing a lot more with only short trips to the store and back.

Did anybody else notice that the central locking becomes sluggish to respond when the 12V battery voltage gets low from standing? You press the button on the fob and there's a long pause before the car unlocks. I connected up a charger overnight and the next day the central locking was much sharper. The battery is new, but it would seem the Prius can draw enough to make the battery low when the car isn't driven for a week or so. I don't have keyless entry.

Can anybody tell me how much current the onboard electronics draw when the car is parked?

If you check about 1/3 of the way down this page the currents as measured are 10 -14 ma.
