i'm currently re-reading all the books to prepare/refresh myself for the newest book! just finished OOTP last night.... amazing how much detail i had forgotten since i read it last!!!!!! i'm debating if i want to start rereading HBP today or wait til after i see the movie wednesday?????????????????????

This thread seems to be the best place to let folks know that I'll be off-line for the summer. I may or may not post again in the next day or two, depending on how hectic my last-minute preparations become. I hope you all have as fun a summer as I expect to have. I'll be hiking in the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my life: British Columbia. I may or may not have access to my email (depending on whether or not my Nokia N800 works with the WiFi at the various lodges I'll be at) but I will not have time for much but keeping in touch with family. Maybe I'll be able to post a picture. Not sure of that either.

Dear Hubbs and I went to Portland today and explored the "Mothership" location of Powell's booksellers... it was incredible!

We parked in their garage, so Rudy had a lovely corner spot, very save away from bumps, scratches, or the harsh sunlight. There was another Prius leaving when we did, too...

We bought (counts...) oh, looks like about 20 or 25 books

Anyway, today was a glorious, wonderful, fabulous day!

 

I have some insights about my Prius, I thought I would share:

Did you know there is a tiny little drawer, right at the bottom of the center console?
My glovebox light stays on all the time.
I have learned that it is part electric, part gas, engine. I guess best word I can use to describe it would be hybrid, or something like that.
