    I am looking to test or buy this product from anyone who has purchased it or tested it.

    Have an extra one around or are not using it anymore.

    @Raytheeagle has had positive experiences with this product on a gen3, and very unlikely if you would find someone who hasn't.

    Marc is not testing anymore since he has commercialized this;).

    And the mpg gains you get I'm sure most won't give it away, since the beta testers got theirs gratis and enjoy the higher efficiency:).

    ECO mode implements some of this filtering too.

    I finally got my hands on one of these!!!

    Sky high gas prices makes this the perfect time to get one of these and gain mpg.

    I was very excited and installed it right away, very easy and quick.

    Right away I can tell there was a change.
    I drove on a road I know has lots of cracks and waves, the mpg meter was a lot more stable than before.

    I will update this as I use it but I also wanted to help others out and was able to save everyone $25 when you use code "azusa" check them out at the link.

    So what I have noticed so far is this..

    My driving is always, go to work, come home, pick up kids from school and some errands.

    I always put $40 in gas each week.
    There is always two bars when I do.

    When I installed the Smart Pedal it was maybe a tuesday or wednesday.

    At the end of the week, I would refill
    Which would usually be Sunday.

    I noticed I had an extra bar when I went to fill up again.

    So now it is Saturday and would be time to refill on Sunday, but I just got it to go one bar less than half a tank left.

    I drove it in the city streets all day the other day and was getting 75mpg when I checked it.

    I will double check what mode the Smart Pedal is in but it should ship in mode 3.

    I was amazed at how long and hard it took to get the gas meter to drop bars.

    No wonder not one of the people except Raytheeagle answered back and he answered with the truth.

    Who would want to sell theirs when it offers so much more in gas savings.

    I know it gets smarter as it calibrates and from what I have seen so far it is doing just that.

    I will continue to keep an eye on things and update again.

    mmm I set my cruise. And my foot doesn't move on bumpy roads, I have shocks.
    And that's a lot less than $300! OUCH!

    I said I drive city streets so I can not use cruise control and your foot is definitely moving with unwanted movement.

    Everyone has shock absorbers and everyone is losing fuel by uncontrolled pedal movement caused by the road conditions.

    Some people slap $1,000 carbon fiber hoods for weight reduction so $300 to save gas during these high gas prices is not bad compared to other expensive things people add to their cars, and gas will continue to go up in price.

    How do you know MY foot moves? I drive city streets too.... It doesn't move.
    Takes training to be steady. Even at $275+, it's not worth it, for me.

    But if you feel it works for you, more power to ya....

    Just like the shocks you say you have on your car, the body of the car moves up and down.

    So your foot is like the car and the pedal is the shocks, your foot moves only you can not tell it is, thats why the MPG meter goes up and down fast and can not remain steady with road conditions.

    Some other people turn to ECO mode, which includes some similar filtering, and comes already installed in the car, for no additional cost.
    I'll wait for better data from non-influencers who don't have a vested interest in sales of the product in question.

    Thanks for coming back and repeating what you said about ECO mode.

    I actually use ECO mode with the Smart Pedal and its night and day difference.

    I help others save money on products that I use on my own car and give feedback.

    I spend time communicating with these companies trying to get a deal for us prius folks and it is not done in a day.

    Do not take my word for it, look at the users above and ask them if you like.

    To add to the subject of ECO mode.
    Everyone understands how it works.

    When in ECO mode the pedal input sensitivity is reduced.

    When you have a Smart Pedal this adds the ability to reduce input even further.

    So say smaller increments and you can actually hear your engine running quieter.

    So lower RPM will equal more MPG.

    just because yours does, and you "think" it does, or "believes" it does, doesn't mean it does.

    Maybe when you have over a millions miles of driving you'll learn.

    This is the sort of thing that would be easy and fun to document.

    The go pedal has an analog voltage output. The kind of thing that would be a piece of cake to hook up to a chart recorder or storage oscilloscope.

    My hunch is that the foot probably does move a bit more than the driver thinks. It would be interesting to see how much more.

    The same could then be repeated on the output of the Smart Pedal. Drive the same course, compare the plots, see just what the thing is doing.

    I haven't looked closely at the Smart Pedal marketing materials to see whether they include such plots. You'd almost expect something like that to be available for a serious product ... and ought to be easily reproducible.

    Maybe @mr_guy_mann will be interested, as a little break from testing cam-advance solenoids.

    Before I got the beta version for our old 2010, guess what I asked @Pedal Logic for;)?

    Guess what he produced:).

    Your foot does move during driving. Uneven road surfaces are a thing and the signal varies when these driving conditions exist:whistle:.

    I have a Smart Pedal on our Prime, which is harder to see the differences, given the lower amount of gas that is burned in a PHEV:cool:.

    But it works (y).

    Shouldn't be long before one of the members here has every possible add-on device ever made. That car should be actually generating gasoline pretty soon.

    Do I have to guess, or did he produce it? Did he forbid you to share it?

    It would be a pretty simple exercise to see how reproducible it is. (For some reason yesterday I didn't think of just connecting the input and the output to a two-channel recorder, even better than recording them separately and driving the same course.)
