Smog OBD Not Ready

So a week ago had a check engine light on and a code popped up on p219a, yesterday had the spark plugs changed to see it would clear out but still showed the code, but this morning checked for codes incase it’s just a past reading but there was no more code showing up, so decided to have a smog test (needed it for transfer of ownership) but failed as picture shown, shows that OBD is not ready, the guy said that maybe I can put on 80miles would do it but was wondering since the one’s not ready on the obd is catalyst and o2 sensor, was wondering if even putting on alot of miles on it, it would still be the same result? Or would I be needing to get my o2sensor changed?
