So.. what new features we will see in Gen IV?

    I won't be considering the PHV Prius a 'Gen IV' - it looks like the current Prius and has same chassis.

    A 'Gen IV' 4th gen Prius will look different than this current Prius. Like said, we probably won't see it revealed for about 4 years.

    I wouldn't be surprised by some small updates for 2012 regular Prius - maybe a few more HP and a couple basic features, but nothing major. Tsunami damage will slow things down though.

    OR maybe speed them up?

    if you consider power restrictions/lower production means you have more conveyor downtime time to retrofit. Quite often with all R&D done upfront mfg puts off putting in changes b/c it would mean shutting down the production line.

    Can you clarify this? Are you saying that Chevron sitting on patents to stifle hybrid technology? :confused:
