Solar & EV Credit Order

Does anyone know in which order the IRS processes the solar and EV tax credits? I have a pending EV credit to claim on my 2021 taxes and I don't want to erase it by going solar this year. Since the solar credit can be rolled over and the EV credit cannot, I'm fearful that they'll deduct the solar credit first and wipe out the EV credit.

For example, if my total tax liability each year is $5,500 and my solar credit is $13,390, if they processed the EV credit first and rolled over the solar credits, it would look like this:


However, if they process the solar credit first it would look like this since the EV credit doesn't roll over:
