Solar panel sun shades

Hi all,

I was checking online for flexible solar panels, and I think that they aren't too expensive. I own a 2010 Prius II, so I'm sort of envious of the other trim lines that have a solar panel and can vent the fans during hot summer days. Is there a way to integrate a sun shade with flexible solar panels into some electrical port that will turn on the fans when the car is off, or does this require software and is basically not do-able?
