This may be premature, but I'm really interested in hearing from owners and those who have seen and operated the sunroof/solar panel. What are your impressions: looks, funcionality, etc?

    I LOVE IT!!!!

It is better than what I expected. Brings in lots of sunshine and very easy to operate. I am super happy I got it added on. A bit more money but it is bundled with nav which is actually a treat. I deserve it!

I have a large electric cooler on the back seat where I keep my drinks, salads, vitamins/supplements, gel packs, meal bars and even canned food I don't want getting too hot. I put blue ice in it in the morning, and cover it with a towel. Also comes in handy for bringing frozen food from the market. So I don't like my interior getting too hot. I've had my solar roof model only a month, but it is actually keeping it down right chilly this January in San Diego.... my keychain thermometer on the dash shows it in the sixties, while in the sixties outside.
