sound system work with AUX, but not bluetooth

    I have a Prius 2016 with JBL sound system. When I connetch the phone with bluetooh I dont get sound from spotify, youtube or other music app. But when I connetch with AUX i get sound. I have twistet my head around it, and try to search for it. But I dont find anything. What can be the problem?
