Spark Plug Question

B&J Auto Parts in Van has been my go-to for maybe 2 decades now; never a problem. This fall will be plug time for our 2010 (purchased new in November, 2010): I should ask them when I buy plugs, see what they say. They save me about 30% over dealership.

 

Once received items that were of different brand than what they were supposed to (but not fake). And packagings looked like they had been tossed around for a good while. Gave bad ratings and then got contacted by seller: would you be willing to modify rating in exchange of money back and no need to return parts? Quite common i believe and some consider it good service.

When it comes to fake spark plugs, xenon bulbs etc most of the victims probably never notice anything. It’s the next guy who often suffers..

Any issues with purchases from ebay are always worked out in your favor it the facts are true.

The seller can fix the issue and if not then ebay will step in and fix it.
