squeaking and rattling around dashboard

Hello everyone, I am having a rattle noise coming near the dashboard area.
It is a 2021 prius prime XLE model and even though it is only 33K, it is out of warranty.
The sound is similar to the below youtube video. It is generally a squeaky sound.
I have tried many things, tighting hte wiper nuts on both, pushing the heat duct under the dashboard area, Tightening many of the bolts, and test the steering wheel but with no luck getting rid of the noise. It tends to be louder when it is on uneven road, and higher speed. Got a video below that will depict the sound I am talking bout.

Thank you for the video. I believe that the squeaking sound is more of a metal to metal sound, and it sounds like it is ocming from the left side oft he car.
