Standard Doorsill Modification: paint or decal the 'Prius' emboss?

    Don't want to install the lighted door sills. But I noticed the the standard ones, pop right off, and that perhaps with a paint pen, or custom quality decal / whatever, one could highlight the embossed 'Prius' in silver (or whatever color) and have it stand out. Anyone try this? Any other kinds of ideas for that material 'insert'? I would think it would be pretty inexpensive....
