I have a 2010 Prius and lost the key for it. Is there anyway to bypass the key momentarily so I can get it to the dealer to program a new key? Surely someone knows which wires to use to get it to start.

It's easy to find the wires, but will tax your hobby electronics skills to the max to put the proper encrypted signals on those wires to make the car believe you have the registered key fob and get it to actually go ready.

Instead of getting the car to a dealer, you might consider getting a locksmith to come to the car. A registered, professional locksmith is able to run the Techstream software with the "security professional" features enabled, which will be needed to get your car to recognize a replacement fob.
