Steering wheel rattle?

    What could this possibly be? It started months ago on the interstate at speed. Now it's all the time, especially on a bumpy road. The steering wheel would rattle, sounds like whatever it is, it's down inside the column of the steering wheel. Picture for attention. Thanks
