Stereo password locked

    I have an Import Toyota Prius 2013 T-Spirit.
    The stereo system is in Japanese Language it is lock with a password asking
    "What is my Pets name ?"

    Can anyone help me unlock it please......

    A T-Spirit is a UK model. If it's in Japanese, then it would be an "S", "G", "S Touring Selection", "G Touring Selection" or "G Touring Selection w/ Leather"

    On the Log book it says the model is Prius Hybrid REG: LY13VFL
