Yea, another expense now in South Carolina. I am just curious if Prius Prime owners in South Carolina will have to pay the $60 fee for hybrids or the $120 fee for electric cars, being it is a plugin vehicle. I would argue that it is a hybrid for the sake of having a lower fee. But I haven't got an answer of which one it will be.

Did you get the exact color and trim options that you wanted on your previous order?

I got the same info from our closest Toyota dealer. I think they would like to sell them, but apparently someone at SE Toyota must have something against them.

I ordered the blue and I ended up getting silver but trim and accessories were the same. I am sure I could have found blue if I wanted to spend more time looking around in the north but my last car was silver and silver still looks good to me.

Was told that SE Toyota took a bath on the plug-in models and it looks like they are going to make it up on the Prime.

When you get your Entune app up and running, you can look me up on the Prime apps. My title on there is #1 in Easley,SC. I have driven about 5800 miles so far and am on my 2nd tank of gas with 400 miles to empty on it. Love my car!

I've always heard that PiPs were not for sale down here. No shop around here knows anything about the PiP. I bought mine form a Prius specialty dealer who got them off lease from the Northeast.

I was returning from Lincoln this morning and thought for sure one passed me on the other side of the 4 lane road. I looked around but did not see for sure. But then I thought, no, it can't have been unless Primes are available in robin egg blue.

Thought I was the only Prime in my area but today I was excited to see a blue one at the Giant grocery store in Wynnewood PA. That makes two since March.

Must have been a Gen 4. Hard to tell the difference from afar from the front. But the back is the tell tale difference.

Saw my first Wild Prime today in Mason Ohio. Silver.

I knew that some of the local dealerships had sold a few as special orders, but this is the first one I have seen. When I told a coworker about it he didn't think anything of it since apparently he can't tell the difference between the liftback and the Prime. I have had some other folk confuse the liftback for the Prime as well. All of which is odd since the liftback is just so ugly, while my Prime has gotten many positive comments on its appearance. (Just today I had someone complement the car and ask what kind it was and were then surprised to learn it was a Prius.)

For a 2nd time, I thought I saw one on my way back from Lincoln this week. The Toyota Camry kind of has a Prime look to it. Kind of caught me off guard so I am not counting it as a sighting. While getting my hair cut the cutter asked what kind of car I was driving. We spent the next 10 minutes (not much hair left) talking about how great the Prime is.

Saw one Wednesday. Thought it was a gen4 at first, but caught site of the rear spoiler center dip. Tesla sightings still have a healthy lead.

Even Gen 4s are "rare"? In the BOSTON area? I've long thought that ALL sorts / years / models of Prii run wild in veritable HERDS throughout the Northeast....

As for me, I have yet to see ANY Primes around here... unless, of course, I count the one that FINALLY resides in my garage!

I'm pretty sure the Ghibli I see is the same one. I think I've seen it more often than any gen4.

    Prius sales have been dropping.

I've seen a grey one running around Frisco/Mckinney TX. I've seen a lot of gen 4 non primes.
