strange sound from from driver side (video attached)

Hey all,

first post here after lurking for a while. 2005 prius 230k miles. have a road trip coming up in a few days and have a new lil quirk.

need a little help with this sound. I think it may be the "inverter coolant pump" but not sure.
In the video you can see the inverter coolant vibrating so i though the sound and coolant may have a relation. sound seems to be on the whole time im driving. I shot video before finding out about location of inverter pump but I was pointing camera where I thought sound was coming from.

this thread helped me out a bit but would appreciate some fresh ideas about this.

I am going to try and disconnect 12v battery to reset computer. I am also open to changing the inverter coolant pump.
