Strong winds keep gas from filling tank?

    If dan opened the filler door & then went into the store first, (how long is a few minutes?) I guess it is possible.
    I expect Toyota set that time limit because reaching it in normal usage is extremely unlikely. Since at least some non-US Prius do not have this limitation, it is likely to meet some government requirement.

    Yes he may have taken that long, he said there was a problem with the CC (credit card) he had to go to the office for.
