Far as I know he did not put a load on the battery.
    Also is the Techstream
code reader better than the snap on? And do I need the 21 pin or the 16 pin?
    Thanks

Techstream is Toyota's proprietary software. Either buy it or take it to Toyota to get a proper diagnosis. There are hundreds of Prius-specific hybrid system codes, and many more INF codes, that most other scanners don't read. It's a 16 pin port.

    Not in that price range.
Basically all are Chinese knockoffs with pirated software. Buyer beware.

I'm just south of Branson Missouri.
Still haven't healed this vehicle. Is it possible if a converter is clogged it would give me these readings? And Cause this problem. Here is a screenshot of the readings I got from it today.
    Still waiting on techstream.
Got the cable but the disc was bad.

Call me this morning and we can talk through some ideas.

What code(s) are you getting when scan the car with Torque app?

Also, set up a custom screen in Torque app that displays all 14 of HV battery block voltages.

If it is the battery it is under warranty.
I would try to find out where it was purchased/installed.

I won't start a new thread for this because same thing happened to me as OP. First, AC goes warm air, then same warning lights come on, car starts to slow and drag, no acceleration, finally died in middle of road. Shut it down, waited 2 minutes, powered up with AC off, and it drove, slowly, enuf to get it home, 4 miles away.
My regular mechanic put in new 12 volt battery, new inverter pump, rescanned it and got no codes. He says hybrid battery is @40%.
He reset the warning lights, I picked up car, drove 30 minutes, AC went hot again, all warning lights came back on.
Freon is full, compressor was already replaced previously.
Any suggestions as to what else it could be since there's no codes to guide us, and we know it's not 12volt, inverter, hybrid battery, or AC.
    Thanks, Laura in Florida
