Sudden drop in MPG...?

    For anyone who's interested the problem (if there ever was one) has resolved itself- I guess I overreacted and somehow either the MPGs did (temporarily) drop or whatever computer feeds the MPG reading on the MFD was way off and then corrected.

    Basically I reset the MPG reading on the MFD about 3/4 through the tank of gas and it bounced back to 40-something, and has remained at 40+ ever since...
