Perhaps trying to "incite" confusion was the goal but I was curious as to what this unexpected, 2012 paper had in it that might get the goat of our 'cut-and-paste' friend(s)?

Trying to "incite" something in the "Miller paper" thread by injecting materials from the "Zdanowicz paper" and false claims is really kinda stupid. Doubly so when some of us have read the original "Miller paper" and know what is in it. Regardless, my curiosity about the "Zdanowicz paper" is satisfied. I see why the "Zdanowicz paper" would attract the usual suspects.
