I relocated to Boise, Idaho to finish school, so this is the first time I have had to deal with changing out tires/wheels for Summer and Winter. I currently have the stock 15" rims with Kumho I'Zen KW31 snow tires, 195/60R15. Picture 1 is how my car sits now, picture 2 is what I would like my summer setup to look like. I am looking at picking up either Focal F05 rims or Motegi MR131 rims as my summer set, plus I would also like to lower the car about 1-1.5" to close up the wheel gap. Would 15" or 17" rims work better, would I be able to use a little bit lower profile summer tire, would I be able to lower the car at all, and would I still be able to throw the stock rims with snow tires back on during the winter?
