    That's what I thought. Which if that's the case I feel there should be a tsb on this problem. But that's just me.

    Hmm... Looks like I have to look out for this problem... Yes, replacing the battery pack takes some hours for a taxi driving newbie... Good thing I have the repaced HV battery on my spare parts shelves, but most probably with lousy relays...

    Agree. I don't think U have to remove the HV battery pack to replace the relay(s). My humble opinion is that relays die because of two reasons:
    1) switching a considerable amout of current too many times or
    2) control wire broken because of vibrations.
