Help! Has anyone out there ever swapped a Nav system and or HID's from one prius to another? I looked at the online manual and HID's lights looked like it wouldn't be too hard except for the headlamp leveling ECU assy which is buried behind the ECM (engine control module ). Does anyone know if the cable harness to the ECU is on a prius without HID's. It doesn't look like the non-nav prius has the cable harness for the nav unit under the seat, so I was wondering if it is difficult to remove the harness and swap it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It's very possible but it's a pain to run all that wire. Given the costs of a used MFD and that you'll need a new harness wire, it may actually be cheeper to buy a used Prius with those options instead.
