sway bar bushing

Hello all, I am seeking help in replacing the sway bar bushing for my 2009 Prius.
Is there a good procedures that anyone can share? Does this involve with taken off the stabilizer bar first?
The problem started with linking stabilizer bar which I replaced. It rides better but I still can hear some squeaking noise especially when I am trying to put the lug nut back on. The stabilizer bar is torqued at 55 foot lb. How difficult is this task? does this included taken out the subframe to get to the bushing?
