    Welcome to PriusChat... Unless there is someone in the EU who sees this, you're asking us to spend significant money on an overseas phone call for a problem that you aren't describing? What is the problem with your Prius?

    Have you done an internet search with the symptoms of your problem and included the phrase 'priuschat' in your search? That would be the fastest way to a solution.

    There's a decade's worth, a near endless amounts of thread/discussions on here, of people with Prius problems getting them solved simply by searching and reading and then taking action. But that requires you to either clearly state your problem in writing on here, or do a search to find what others have done when they have the same problem.
